Steps to Reserve a Shared Bedroom

  1. Download and complete the Application and Agreement to Lease, roommate questionnaire and rate option sheet

  2. Email all completed forms to info@penncenterapartments.com

  3. Once the forms are received, you will receive an email confirmation to activate your online AppFolio portal, at which time you will need to pay the $299.00 security deposit fee and $100.00 parking fee, if indicated on the application.

  4. Once security deposit is received, your lease paperwork will be sent electronically to sign.

**A completed application and security deposit, legally binds you to a lease agreement.
