Are all utilities included?
Yes, all utilities, except cable & internet, are included in your semester rent. This includes heat, water, electric, sewer, a/c, and trash removal.
Is the apartment furnished?
Yes, the apartments are fully furnished and come with
Kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher
Living Room: sofa & love seat or sectional, 2 lamps, coffee & end tables or 3 nesting tables
Bedroom: bed per person, dresser per person, night stand, lamp
Desks: one per bedroom
How do I pay rent?
Rent must be paid online using AppFolio
Is the building secure and locked?
Penn Center is a locked building and each tenant is given a key to enter the building.
Are leases individual?
Yes, all leases are individual
How to I get mail and packages?
Each apartment has its own mailbox, located on the 1st floor of the building.
Packages are left on the floor under the mailboxes.
Is parking available?
Parking is available for an additional fee and is issued on a first come, first serve basis.
What about maintenance?
Maintenance for apartments & building is handled in-house by our maintenance employees. Routine maintenance requests are submitted through your online AppFolio portal. We also offer 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Do you assist in finding roommates?
Yes, we offer roommate matching. Prospective tenants fill out a questionnaire and we will try and match you with someone with similar responses.
