Utilities
As a Penn Center tenant, you can rest easy knowing that your rental payment covers most utilities. Rent includes the following:
Heat and air conditioning
Electric
Water
Sewer
Trash Removal
Cable is NOT included and is responsibility of the tenant(s).
Internet is included in semester rent. (starting Fall 2025) A $30/month credit is given to the account holder should they provide a copy of their billing statement each month.
