2024-2025 Rate Information

Penn Center Apartments offers tenants three different rate options. Rates are per person, with most leases being for two semesters. Your semester rate is based on the type of bedroom selected.

Private Bedroom:

  • Option 1 (full payment) : $3,430.00/semester

    • Payments due August 1st and January 1st

    • Total for two semesters: $6,860.00

  • Option 2 (financial aid) : $3,430.00/semester **

    • Fall semester: $375.00 due August 1st with remaining balance due September 1st

    • Spring semester: $375.00 due January 1st with remaining balance due February 1st

    • Total for two semesters = $6,860.00

  • Option 3 (monthly payments) : $763.00/month

    • Payments due the 1st of each month

    • 12 month lease total = $9,156.00

Shared Bedroom:

  • Option 1 (full payment) : $1,715.00/semester

    • Payments due August 1st and January 1st

    • Total for two semesters: $3,430.00

  • Option 2 (financial aid) : $1,715.00/semester **

    • Fall semester: $375.00 due August 1st with remaining balance due September 1st

    • Spring semester: $375.00 due January 1st with remaining balance due February 1st

    • Total for two semesters = $3,430.00

  • Option 3 (monthly payments) : $381.50/month

    • Payments due the 1st of each month

    • 12 month lease total = $4,578.00

** If Option 2 is selected, proof of loan/grant paperwork must be submitted to GN Associates by August 1st.

Please be advise that the Application and Agreement to Lease is a binding contract. In the event of a cancellation, the security deposit is non-refundable, if GN Associates locates a replacement. If the tenant secures a replacement, the replacement must pay a new security deposit. Once the security deposit for the replacement tenant has been paid, the original tenant’s security deposit will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee. The primary responsibility for locating a replacement falls on the original tenant. If a replacement is not found, the original tenant is responsible for the full term of the lease.
