TROUBLESHOOTING

Toilet Stoppage - Try plunging (plunger provided) before contacting maintenance (a fee will be charged if all maintenance has to do is plunge it). Check out this video on how to unclog a toilet. If plunging doesn’t work, make sure water value is turned off to stop overflow and submit a service request via AppFolio. (located at the rear of the toilet tank).

Light Bulbs - Tenants are responsible for replacing light bulbs, except fluorescent bulbs, heat lamps and refrigerator bulbs.

Garbage Disposal - Push the red button under the kitchen sink before contacting maintenance.

Smoke Detector Batteries - Tenants are responsible for replacing these batteries.
