PARKING

 PARKING IS BY PERMIT ONLY!

  1. No vehicle shall block entry or exit from building, fire lanes, other parking spaces or dumpsters.

  2. You may not take up two parking spaces or park in the RESERVED PARKING spaces.

  3. Your parking permit will be properly displayed on the passenger side of the rear window at all times.

  4. Parking is HEAD-IN PARKING ONLY.

  5. Penn Center Apartments/GN Associates is not be responsible for damage to a vehicle while parked in the lot. Any vandalism should be reported to the police and your insurance carrier.

  6. If there is a permanent change in your vehicle, you will return the original sticker. If the parking sticker is not returned for any reason, there will be a $10.00 charge for a replacement sticker.

  7. If you drive a different vehicle (other than the one registered) on GN Associates private property, for emergency reasons only, you need to advise the resident manager immediately and abide by the temporary parking policy.

  8. Penn Center Apartments/GN Associates cannot guarantee the availability of an empty space for each permit holder 100 percent of the time because we cannot prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the area and cannot be assured someone will not use two spaces for one vehicle. However, diligent enforcement will eliminate habitual offenders and maximize space availability.

  9. Your parking permit is NON-TRANSFERABLE. If, during the term of your apartment lease, you no longer need the parking space, you understand you will forfeit the parking permit to GN Associates & return the sticker to the office. Your parking registration fee paid to GN Associates is NON-REFUNDABLE and will at no time be used toward rent monies due under the Apartment Lease Agreement.

  10. There is NO GUEST PARKING available at any time, for any reason and ticketing/towing is strictly enforced. The vehicle user will advise family and all guests accordingly.
